Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by funph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access funph commits a violation of these Terms and may be subject to account termination and forfeiture of all balances, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to funph.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on funph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. funph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. funph is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your funph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify funph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.4 Account Ownership. funph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your funph account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). funph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You agree to cooperate fully with funph's KYC process, including providing requested documentation within the specified timeframe.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. funph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and direct bank transfer from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are accepted for deposits. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Deposit Terms. All deposits to your funph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. funph does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the funph deposit page.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. funph aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. funph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. funph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, transactions, and game results at funph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). funph does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.
5.1 General. funph may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to each promotion, which will be published on the funph promotions page.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your funph account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. funph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reason ably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, using automated software, or engaging in any form of collusion or fraudulent activity in connection with a funph promotion.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from your funph account without compensation.
6.1 Random Number Generators. All games available on the funph Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. funph does not manipulate game results in any way.
6.2 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on funph is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, funph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. funph's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the funph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the funph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of funph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.1 Platform Availability. funph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. 9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, funph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Cap on Liability. funph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your funph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. funph is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

funph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the funph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Regulatory Authority. funph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
14.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and funph, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
14.4 Waiver of Class Action. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
